Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building deep and meaningful relationships with our customers and driving growth across our brands.With your marketing expertise and creative flair, you will champion a culture of effectiveness, ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our commercial goals. By collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, you will establish Brand & Marketing as a key driver of growth within our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own portfolio marketing strategies, driving the development of compelling and distinctive campaigns across various channels.
- Take a holistic approach by ensuring that all marketing activities align with our brand purpose, both digitally and through other marketing channels.
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey by aligning marketing efforts with overall business objectives .
- Act as a key liaison between commercial teams and agency partners, fostering strong working relationships to drive customer growth.
- Drive core trading performance through the development of campaigns that embody the mindset and strategy of a retailer.
- Create best-in-class creative campaigns that are guided by our brand purpose.
- Support the marketing planning process and provide insights to optimise campaign performance.
- Obsess over the customer journey, constantly seeking to enhance the customer experience through the activation of new campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in campaign performance communications and creative execution.
Key Stakeholders:
As the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the organisation, including Marketing leads , Performance managers, the digital team, Brand & Marketing Director, leadership team members, agency partners, and customers.
Work Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a demonstrated track record in driving commercial growth through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Digital marketing excellence, with the ability to lead the development of distinctive campaigns across a spectrum of channels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, holding both internal and external partners accountable for driving customer growth and championing customer obsession.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of attribution models, budget management, and return on marketing investment.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional experiences.
- The ability to navigate a regulated environment and drive results while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring consistency.
- Experience in agency management and proven success in developing marketing campaigns that achieve performance goals.
