Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer
London Borough Council

Hybrid working
Sellick Partnership are assisting a London Borough Council in their search for an interim Housing Litigation Lawyer.
If successful, you will be offered an initial 3 month contract, however this is likely to be longer-term and will work on a hybrid basis, working predominantly from home with the expectation of attending the office of court once per week.
As a Housing Litigation Lawyer, you will handle a mixed caseload of housing litigation matters to include anti-social behaviour (ASB), possession claims and homelessness matters. There will also be an aspect of providing legal advice to internal clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx Lawyer who has previous, varied housing law experience from the public sector, however someone with extensive experience from private practice may also be considered.
The Council are able to offer flexible working arrangements upon request, and offer a competitive hourly rate.
If you believe you have the necessary skills, please apply as soon as possible. If you'd like to discuss your suitability for the role, please contact Brogan Connolly in our Manchester office.
