Randstad are on the recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Southwark Council's Adult Services in the Mental Health Team. This contract role is offering a fantastic Pay rate of £32 per hour.

About the role:
- To work as a Social Worker within the Mental Health Care and Support Team, supporting adults with mental health needs.
- The post-holder will undertake social care assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014 and hold a caseload of service users requiring complex case management.
- They will carry out direct work with service users to meet identified social care needs, carry out safeguarding investigations where required and develop strengths-based support plans to promote service users' wellbeing and independence.
- The post-holder will need to be able to work creatively with service users who have complex needs or are hard to engage.
The minimum requirements for this role are:
- Hold a Social Work qualification
- Registered with Social Work England(SWE).
- Enhanced DBS.
