• Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Support payroll processing and employee expense claims.
• Prepare financial reports for review by senior management.
• Manage data entry and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide support for audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet financial deadlines.
• Address queries from internal and external stakeholders related to finance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Time - Finance Assistant should have:

• A background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
• Experience working in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency with financial software and tools (Sage 50 Desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

• A competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 (pro-rata).
