Our Data and Analytics Practice within Operate Digital is growing. We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our team. You will help lead the team, drive innovative data solutions, enhance our managed services, and support clients on an ongoing basis.We develop advanced data solutions and analytics capabilities, provide managed services, and offer ongoing support to ensure our clients continue to benefit from our expertise and maintain their competitive edge.
We are looking for a strong leader with significant experience in data analytics within professional services or deep industry expertise, and is comfortable handling complex and large-scale projects. The primary locations for this role are Belfast or Cardiff.

What your days will look like:
- Contribute to the strategic planning and support of the Data and Analytics team.
- Oversee large-scale data projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-friendly delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and strategic data-driven solutions.
- Enhance our existing managed services capabilities to meet growing client demands.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative data solutions and services.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables through rigorous data governance and quality control processes.
- Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposal preparation, and drive business development activities.
This role is for you if:
- You possess exceptional client-facing and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships.
- You have extensive experience with data analytics tools, cloud platforms, and data governance principles, and can guide teams in leveraging these technologies effectively.
- You have a strong track record of using data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and uncover actionable insights at an organisational level.
- You excel in project management, with a history of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within scope.
- You are eligible to be sponsored by us for UK government security clearance.
