We are seeking a reliable Part Time 2 day per week Buildings Caretaker to ensure the smooth running of our clients professional facilities. You/ll be responsible for basic maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the interior and exterior of our premises which are Uxbridge, Beaconsfield, Ascot and Reading. This is a permanent part time position working 2 days per week, the FTE is 30,000 so a salary of 12,000 for the 2 days worked is on offer.What will you be doing?As Building Caretaker you will perform minor repairs (doors, locks, light bulbs, carpets, etc.) and handyman tasks, whilst conducting regular safety checks, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and water temperature (training provided).
