Hays are working with an IT managed service provider in the South Gloucestershire region to support the recruitment for a permanent IT Support Engineer (2nd line). The role offers hybrid working and a salary depending on experience between £30,000 - £40,000.

In the role you will act as an escalation point for the IT service desk and also work closely with EUC engineers & infrastructure engineers on project-based work. You'll provide level 2 technical support to a range of clients and customers. You will need to have:
Experience working in an IT managed service provider
Knowledge of the M365 stack (exchange, SharePoint, teams etc)
Windows Server support
InTune & Autopilot experience
Knowledge of endpoint manager
Networking knowledge
Exposure with virtualisation (Hyper-V & Vmware)
