ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Manager with a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Childcare and substantial experience in managing busy nursery settings in Coventry.

Nursery Manager Qualification:

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)
• Proven experience in Nursery Management (essential)
• Knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED standards

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage nurseries ensuring high-quality childcare and a safe, stimulating environment for children.
• Oversee staff, provide training, and ensure the professional development of the nursery team.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and OFSTED standards, maintaining child safety and welfare.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children’s needs are met.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, resources, budgets, and health & safety standards.
• Handle administrative duties, including record-keeping, reporting, and responding to feedback.

Pay: £30,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
