Part Time Hybrid Ecommerce Customer Care Advisor - 3 days per week | Burscough | Salary: £14,273 (£11.44ph) + Benefits
Hours of Work: 3 days per week, Monday - Wednesday - 2 Shifts 12pm - 8pm and 11am - 7pm

Responsibilities for a Customer Care Advisor (but not limited to):
- As a Customer Care Advisor, your primary responsibility is to meet the specific needs of each customer, dealing with enquiries via email, live chat and social media channels.
- Your tasks include ensuring customers are well-informed, promptly processing customer orders, and chasing deliveries on behalf of the customer.
- Processing refunds and credits.

Customer Care Advisor Requirements:
- Excellent administrative skills
- Any experience with using Shopify / Ticketing System e.g. Gorgias / Zendesk would be beneficial but is not essential
- High level of attention to detail
- High-level of organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting and competing demands effectively
- Competent in using MS Office packages; Word/ Excel/ Outlook etc.
- Self-motivated and committed to excellence
- Professional and customer focussed
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Calm under pressure and patient
- Ability to work as part of a team
