Full-time, permanent 37.5 hrs/week
Various shift patterns available: Early/ Late
Monday to Friday -Day shifts ( 7.5 hr shifts can be between 6 am and 6 pm) occasional optional overtime ( paid at a higher rate)
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing temperature-controlled logistics organisation based in Woodston, Peterborough, for a full-time Warehouse Operative with MHE (Experience with Reach Forklift)
Key Responsibilities include: -Warehouse Operative (Forklift) - Woodston, Peterborough PE2- Unloading vehicles and receiving goods in and out
- Loading on company transport and third-party vehicles
- Accurate preparation and picking of orders
- Working with computerised and RF warehouse management systems
- Ensure stock is rotated correctly
- General housekeeping duties
- Carrying out all duties while adhering to Health and Safety requirements
- Previous distribution centre, chilled store, or warehouse operative experience desirable
- Reach truck forklift experience is essential
- Happy to work in a temperature of 3 degrees Celsius, and some work in the Frozen chamber which can be down to -22 Clesius (clothing will be provided)
- Good standard of education & fluency in English”
