Responsibilities:
As an Administrator - Custom you will:
- Receive, collate and record details of inbound shipments into internal documents
- Maintain accurate records of all inbound shipments and related documentation
- Supply clearance instructions to agents also provide booking slots
- Input of all shipment details and customs details to the Daybook
- Transfer relevant details through set up templates to the Custom system
- Re-check all details prior to customs submission, submit entries to customs
- Check stock levels and resolve discrepancies between WMS and Customs system
- Direct communications required with customers, transport agents and customs brokers
