Key Responsibilities:

• Problem-Solving: Tackle high-impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Expertise in Applications Programming: Provide advanced knowledge in applications programming, ensuring designs adhere to our architectural blueprint.
• Develop Standards: Utilise your advanced understanding of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Business Integration: Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas like architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve business goals.
• Innovative Solutions: Offer in-depth analysis and interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Mentorship: Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Risk Assessment: Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and safeguarding the firm's reputation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 6-10 years in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in system analysis and software application programming.
• Project Management: Proven track record in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expertise: SME in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust priorities as circumstances dictate.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
