Home Manager - RGN/RMN

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000+ (dependent on experience)

Howard-Finley Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead a well-established Nursing Home in the Cardiff area. This home provides specialist care for elderly residents living with Elderly and dementia needs.

We're looking for a confident and compassionate leader with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high standards of care.

Key Requirements:

• RGN/RMN qualification is essential
• Proven experience in managing or supporting operations within a nursing home setting.
• Strong knowledge of Elderly care and Dementia and a solid understanding of safeguarding and clinical risk.
• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse is advantageous.

Your Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents receive outstanding care.
• Lead and motivate a dedicated care team, fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
• Maintain compliance and high clinical standards through regular audits and governance.
• Work closely with clinical leads and multidisciplinary teams to continually improve quality of life for residents.
