Toolmaker / Machine Shop Technician

Toolmaker / Machine Shop Technician, Evesham, Salary is dependent on skills, up to £18 per hour

My client is a lead manufacturer of precision-engineered products. You will work with manual and CNC machinery to support production needs.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Operate and maintain manual lathes, millers, and surface grinders.
• Utilise CNC vertical miller (experience preferred but not essential).
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing.
• Maintain/repair and produce press tools where necessary.
• Assist in maintenance on the power presses and in the press-shop.

You will have: -

• Proven experience in a similar role within a toolroom or machine shop environment.
• Strong proficiency with manual machinery; CNC knowledge is a bonus.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset to support a busy production team.
