Customer Service Assistant

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
• Assist in coordinating team schedules and supporting daily operations.

• Work with management to organise work flow and tasks.
