Salary: £32,301 per annum plus excellent benefits

About this job

This charity is looking for someone with a passion for supporting volunteers and developing accessible learning solutions.

They have an exciting opportunity to join their Volunteering and Community Networks Team as they roll out their new Volunteer Management System to over 3000 volunteers and staff. This role is ideal if you are experienced in supporting and leading volunteers, with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in supporting individuals remotely with learning and development needs.

You will be passionate about developing learning solutions, and you’ll take a collaborative approach with this charity's volunteers and staff to identify support needs and develop solutions together.

You will have a successful track record of developing e-learning. And in this role you’ll work closely with colleagues across Volunteering and Community Networks to develop tools and activities which allow volunteers and staff to fully embrace and embed the new Volunteer Management System.

You’ll be joining this charity at an exciting stage of their development and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and friendly team.

Please note this is a fixed term contract until the end of February 2025, with an immediate start date.
