Job Description- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department
- Manage and organise meetings, including minute-taking
- Handle facilities management related enquiries and issues
- Maintain and manage databases, ensuring accuracy of information
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents
- Support effective communication within the department and with external stakeholders
- Work with colleagues, landlords and external suppliers to ensure premises complies with safety regulations and health standards.
- Processing incoming and outgoing post.
- Being the first point of contact within Facilities.
- Manage Facilities emails and communicate to ensure queries are addressed.
- Handling of day to day tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Facilities Business Support Officer should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications or equivalent experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience in facilities management and handling confidential information
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Immediate start opportunity
- An hourly rate of approximately £12.84 - £13.20 (GBP)
