Our client, with facilities based in Huntingdon are seeking an experienced CNC Miller / Turner to join them on a full time permanent basis working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
As CNC Miller / Turner you will be responsible for the manufacturing of precision products, programming, setting, operating and fault finding of 3/5 axis milling machines, operating manual mills & lathes, increasing efficiencies, reading and actioning engineering drawings, assisting with the training of colleagues from time to time.
To be considered for the role of CNC Miller / Turner role, it is essential that you have experience of either Fanuc & Heidenhain controls, be experienced in precision engineering and the programming of machines to produce small and complex components.You will be able to operate lifting equipment, be able to operate lathes and work with machine shop / tooling equipment. You must have strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
