Meet the Content team
Our Content team are the local, regional, and global professionals reassuring clients that our software isn’t just cutting edge – it’s world class too. Responsible for maintaining LEAP’s global standards of care and expertise, the team harnesses a deep and complex understanding of the intricacies of law across jurisdictions and over time – ensuring LEAP’s output is always current, compliant, and appropriate.
From database design to document management and legal research, you’ll turn an encyclopaedic knowledge of the law into a more streamlined and automated global LEAP experience. As a result, LEAP helps law firms help people and make a real difference.
Requirements
What you'll do- Research forms, legislation, and legal processes relevant to LEAP matter types, tables, dates, and forms
- Ensure the compliance of forms, automation, and database changes with legal processes
- Ensure the consistency and quality of Content released with Global Content Standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to improve LEAP Matter types and legal forms
- Evaluate cases and change requests received from clients
- Provide ongoing training to the Operation teams, ensuring teams are always up to date with new Content releases
- Build knowledge and understanding of the Content tools, applications, and document automation technology used by technical team members and use them to shape your work
- Work closely with Content Database Designers and Content Developers to continually improve matter types, tables, and layouts for LEAP clients across areas of law and help shape the user requirements for complex forms or tables
- Work closely with the Form’s team to continually improve the automation and functionality of legal forms
- Keep up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise
- 2 - 5 years’ experience working in an English law firm with experience in at least Conveyancing, Personal Injury or Litigation areas of law
- A Law degree
- Experience with case management systems
- An understanding of the small law firm’s culture & expectations
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience balancing competing priorities and shifting deadlines
- Ability to work well independently and within a collaborative team environment
- A strong understanding of Microsoft software (most importantly Word and Excel)
- A willingness to learn new technology and skills in a variety of ways: documentation, videos, peer learning, or in-person sessions, through experience, and by giving things a go
