More about the role:As our Meeting and Events Sales Coordinator you will support and assist the effective sales and delivery of all PSE sales products at Principality Stadium
  • Identifying & pro-actively selling Meetings & Events to new clients
  • Ensure that incoming enquiries and show rounds are dealt with effectively and conversion is maximised
  • Maintaining key relationships with the Sales & Operations team, to deliver an excellent standard of hospitality to PSE clients
  • Effective communication with clients throughout the booking process to ensure full understanding and management of client requirements, and identification of further opportunities
  • Internal meeting enquiries lead
  • Providing support to the hospitality sales team where applicable
  • Cross-checking new data with existing data in the existing CRM system
  • Responsible for gathering client feedback and collating survey responses
  • Carry out duties to help support the WRU mission statement in line with the Company’s core valuesAbout you:
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organisational skills, and relationship management
  • Excellent IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience in using iVvy, Tixserve, SAGE and Salesforce is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Welsh Language skills desirable
