Role Overview: As the Home Manager of our 39 bed nursing care home, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a clean, comfortable, and secure environment for our residents. Your leadership will be pivotal in delivering personalised care that aligns with Nouvitas core values.
You will guide a team of dedicated professionals, contributing not only to the well-being of our residents but also to the growth and success of our organisation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Care Home, driving continuous improvement and future service developments.
Oversee all Clinical aspects within the service Lead your team with clear guidance and direction to achieve Nouvitas strategic goals. Actively engage in networking and promoting the services offered by the Care Home. Ensure the delivery of tailored therapeutic activities that meet the needs of our residents.
Stay current with legislation, statutory frameworks, and codes of conduct to ensure full compliance across the service. Collaborate with other managers to foster a cohesive approach to company-wide projects. Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to meet operational needs.
Uphold high standards of care and staff performance, ensuring the Care Home remains a leader in quality service. To ensure effective liaison with statutory and volunteer sector agencies, including CQC, PCT and Home Offices etc. Skills and Qualifications: Very Strong/Proven operational management experience.
Previous experience managing or deputising a care or nursing home. A background in mental health care is essential. A Registered Nurse is highly desirable however not essential.
