An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the administrative team within the Women's, Children's and Clinical Support Services division at the University Hospitals of North Midlands. The post holder will be required to support in the delivery of a comprehensive administrative service to the Divisional Management Team.

The ideal candidate will have administration / secretarial experience along with excellent communication skills.

You will be required to be competent in diary management of multiple members of staff, and be capable of prioritising conflicting tasks.

The post holder will be expected to use Office 365 as a major communication tool.

Produce minutes and Agendas in a timely manner

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Ability and previous experience of managing a diary system
  • Ability to use Microsoft 365 (Including Teams)
  • Experience of Minute taking
  • Good General Education with passes in English and Maths (Grade c or equivalent)
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of working in the NHS
  • Audio Typing
