Marketing Coordinator
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating face-to-face marketing activities, managing in-person events, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. You’ll be responsible for supporting campaigns, organizing events, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an on-site environment, enjoys engaging directly with people, and is detail-oriented in coordinating marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across traditional channels.
- Coordinate and attend in-person events, trade shows, and promotional activities, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, acting as a key point of contact for face-to-face interactions.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Conduct on-site market research, gathering insights from in-person interactions and competitor activities.
- Track and report on the performance of campaigns, analysing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and events stay on schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face role with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work on-site and attend in-person events as required.
