About the Role:
Due to growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has opened to join the residential property team. Your support and assistance will contribute to the overall success of the business and help the firm achieve its vision
You will:
- Work within a small, friendly and collaborative team to manage a caseload from inception to completion
- Manage a residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion
- Handle all aspects of conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold work
- Demonstrate strong business development and client care
- Work independently and on your own initiative, showcasing strong technical expertise
What We're Looking For:
- CILEx or Solicitor qualified (or working towards qualification) with experience in residential property
- Proven ability to manage a caseload with high standards of client service
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software
