Job Description- Oversee the customer service team (circa 10 staff) and develop customer service policies and procedures.
- Lead, guide, and train the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyse customer feedback and create strategies for improvement.
- Implement and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Participate in hiring and training new team members.
