Are you a passionate Design & Technology Teacher with a flair for engineering? We are a thriving, mixed 11–18 non-selective school of 1800 students, currently on an exciting journey of rapid improvement and transformation. With a clear vision for success and a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning, we are looking for an inspiring DT teacher to help shape the future of our dynamic department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team, where your ideas and expertise will be valued and your passion for engineering can truly flourish.

Whether you're an experienced practitioner or an enthusiastic ECT, if you’re ready to make a real impact and empower students through practical, future-focused learning, we’d love to hear from you.

Be part of something exceptional – join us and help build the engineers of tomorrow!

In return, we will offer you:

  • An incredibly supportive group of colleagues and leaders
  • Comprehensive induction programme with a commitment to CPD
  • Care first employee assistance programme
  • Non-contributory membership of Benenden private health care cover
  • Membership of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme
  • Two-week half term in October
  • Cycle To Work Scheme
