My client is looking for Executive Assistant!

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in achieving operational excellence. Our company specialises in mechanical seals and support systems, ensuring that mission-critical operations run efficiently through innovative technologies and expert services.

Position Details:

  • Location: Slough (just a 15-minute walk from Burnham train station)
  • Contract Type: Temporary , minimum for 3 months
  • Working Pattern: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily schedules and calendars of senior executives to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
