Business Development Manager (Property)

Drake International are currently recruiting on behalf of a property company looking to add to their B2B field sales team offering a unique opportunity to join their London office as a Business Development Manager to cover the North West of London.
After the pandemic there has been a surge in interest for their services and you would be working as an ambassador representing the company, acting on these leads, maintaining existing client relationships and also generating a new business pipeline.
This role will be very interesting and diverse, as you will be dealing with all levels, from local authorities, insolvency practices, NHS and even Lords/ladies of manor houses.
The role of the Business Development Manager will be to support the overall business development and marketing efforts of the company by helping to create and execute strategic and tactical business development and marketing activities.
If you have a service/solution based industry background with a "hunter" consultative role and a genuine interest in property we would love to hear from you. (however previous property experience is not essential).
Holding a full driving license is essential.
Duties:-
Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and servicesCreating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning
