Legal Receptionist/Administrator

OutThere are working with a Firm specialising in Property Law, to recruit a Legal Receptionist to join their busy office in Park Gate.

You will be a warm people orientated person, with the ability to interact well with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to incoming telephone enquiries
• Reviewing enquiries via e-mail and responding appropriately
• Setting up client files
• Prioritising tasks accordingly
• Greeting clients and visitors in an approachable and friendly manner
• Supporting with printing, scanning, and photocopying tasks
• Providing administrative assistance across various departments (e.g.. document filing, data entry, organising client files)
• Overseeing and organising meetings
• General office administration

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional services environment is desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
