• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for fleet and outsourcing services
• Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts
• Conduct market research to identify new vendors
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to realise these savings
• Manage risks associated with fleet and outsourcing
• Participate in cross-functional teams to execute procurement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Buyer (Fleet & Outsourcing)' should have:

• Supporting Procurement Management through their category processes and area of spend
• Generalist background, showing willingness and adaptability to new categories, or Fleet experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of procurement systems and processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• An estimated salary range of £36,000 - £44,000
