Fantastic career opportunity at our busy and successful Reeds Rains Branch in Newcastle-under-Lyme as we are looking to recruit a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.
This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a negotiator you will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is essential for this post.
In return we offer:
- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £23,000 - £24,000
- 6 months guaranteed commission pay.
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
