Executive Chef – 5-Star Hotel, Fine Dining – ScotlandTake the lead at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Scotland, known for its fine dining excellence and multi-outlet operations. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to manage and elevate the culinary standards across three distinct restaurant outlets.About the Role:
Oversee all culinary operations for 3 restaurants, each offering unique dining experiences, including fine dining and a seafood grill.Lead and inspire a team of chefs to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.Manage both volume dining and large-scale banqueting operations, ensuring efficient execution and exceptional guest experiences.Use your expertise in seafood grill and fine dining to create innovative, seasonal menus that highlight premium ingredients.Develop junior chefs through training, mentoring, and strong operational control over kitchen processes.Collaborate closely with the management team to implement strategies that drive success across all outlets.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining or 5-star hotel environment.Strong background in seafood grilling and managing large-scale banqueting operations.Leadership skills to oversee a multi-outlet operation, while ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency.Creative culinary approach with a passion for innovation and seasonal menu development.Excellent organizational and team-building abilities.
