Housekeeping Team Leader
We are looking for two motivated and reliable Housekeeping Team Leaders to join our successful Facilities team. Collegiate is a thriving co-educational day school for pupils aged 3 to 18, located in Stapleton, Bristol. The School occupies a glorious thirty-acre campus and has all of its facilities on-site.
We have two roles available, with one morning shift (6am to 10am) and one evening shift (4pm to 8pm), Monday to Friday for 41.4 weeks per year. This includes all of term time plus 5.4 weeks of cleaning days in the school holidays.
The salary for this role will be £13,842 per annum (based on £30,358FTE).

What you'll be doing:
- Coaching and monitoring the performance of a small team of Housekeepers
- Manage staff attendance and ensure accuracy of timesheets
- Ensure facilities are prepared for major and routine school events
- Ensure that the highest level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the school on a daily basis
- Ensure cleaning materials are well stocked and safely stored
- Assist with the cleaning and laundry when required
- Ensure health and safety issues are reported
