• Hybrid - Minimum 2 days in the Office Key Responsibilities of the Part-time HR Manager:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company/s vision and valuesManage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, conducting first interviews and making offersCoordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, orientation and training with line managersProvide guidance and support to line managers and employees on various HR issues, such as performance management, wellbeing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and career developmentHandle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely mannerMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programmes and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentationStay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices and participate in professional development opportunities TeamworkCommunicate effectively with team members across the company in all departmentsDemonstrate effective collaborationBuild effective relationships with team membersUphold the Highfield values About you:CIPD qualification level 5 or above,Or a Bachelor/s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldOver four years proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role is essentialStrong knowledge of HR principles, practices and legal frameworksProficiency in MS Office and HR software No candidate will meet every single desired qualification we have listed.
