45 hours per week between Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:30, Friday 08:00-17:00 and Saturday (on rota) 09:00-13:00

Salary: up to £36,000 OTE

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to accelerate your career? Are you ready to increase your level of responsibility within the Service department?

As An Assistant Service Manager you'll take ownership of the full customer journey. You'll manage the day-to-day operations within the service department providing leadership by example. You'll lead the team of Technicians and Service Advisors, supporting the management team to continue to provide Charles Hurst first class customer service.

This role will enable you to continue progressing your career and will provide you with all the tools you need to make the transition to Aftersales line Management.

You will be provided with a company car and may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market, therefore a full UK driving licence is a must.

You will work closely with our front of house team to help with and ensure the following tasks are carried out:

  • Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for our customers
  • Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories that will benefit the customer
  • Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments, based on workload and call volumes
  • Provide daily updates to the team regarding department performance
  • Supporting the team to ensure a focus on delivering fantastic customer outcomes
  • Manage the loading of the workshop to ensure maximum productivity and quality of work
  • Ensuring customers are kept up to date and their expectations are exceeded
