In this role, youll be at the forefront of engaging with and assessing individuals within the street population who face complex challenges.Whether youre working in a street or hub setting, youll be creating tailored action plans to help address rough sleeping and street activity, driving real change in peoples lives.
Key Details: Shift Hours: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Working Hours: Full-time, Monday- Friday Contract Length: 3/6 months (+ potential for ongoing work) Hourly Rate: 18.00
- 20.00 per hour We also have additional substance misuse contracts available in the area.
