Behaviour & Inclusion Support

We are currently seeking dedicated Child Support staff to join a specialist educational setting in Bradford.

This school caters to students who are unable to attend mainstream schools due to exclusion, illness, or other circumstances, ensuring they receive a suitable education.

The role involves working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students transitioning into this new environment.

While prior experience is valuable, a passion for working with young people aged 8-19 is essential. This role offers a rewarding opportunity, though it can also be challenging. You will need to demonstrate resilience, calmness, and the ability to manage challenging behaviour within the school.

Many of the students have complex communication needs, learning difficulties, or autism, and may present occasional behavioural challenges.

We have been placing education professionals in a wide range of settings for many years. We are an REC-accredited and audited company, which means we take safeguarding very seriously and are a leading, fully compliant provider in the education sector.
Our extensive office network spans from the North East to the South West, covering most areas across the UK.
  • A valid DBS certificate with a live subscription to the update service, or willingness to obtain one through us.
  • A minimum of two professional references from the last three years.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding young people.

All applicants must have the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.

All pay rates quoted are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, though there may be opportunities for the role to become permanent in some cases.

We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We follow strict safeguarding procedures in line with the DfE's 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' guidance, which may include an online search as part of our due diligence for shortlisted applicants.

We also provide FREE online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all our workers. All candidates are required to have or obtain a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.

Full support and assistance will be provided throughout the recruitment process.
