Hays are exclusively representing a FMCG company in Co. Antrim to recruit a Business Development Manager within their alcoholic drinks sector.
Your new role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring consistent achievement of sales, profit, and margin goals within your designated area.
- Acting as a role model and cultivating strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, both inside and outside the organisation.
- Expanding and sustaining the customer base in your designated territory.
- Stay adaptable and responsive to the needs of your customers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a self-starter and driven with 3+ years' experience in field sales within the alcoholic beverages market. You will have lots of flexibility, able to work autonomously as well as within a team. You will be proactive, have strong analytical skills and be computer-literate, with strong credit control skills and have demonstrable knowledge of the wine and spirits marketplace.You must have a full clean driving licence.
What you'll get in return
Salary of £34,000-£40,000 depending on experience, private medical insurance, bonus, learning and development opportunities, fully expensed company car, mobile phone, laptop and more!
