What’s the opportunity?
As an Assistant Project Manager you will be supporting our growing team in Winchester delivering a diverse range of exciting projects. The team prides itself on the variety of projects in its portfolio, which include multi-million-pound factory works for household names in the automotive sector, exquisite prime residential properties for high net worth individuals, and safe construction and operation of local authority housing.
Ridge is a Corporate member of the Associate for Project Management and offers support in advancing your career to achieve either ChPP or MRICS status.
Role and Responsibilities:
The role will include:
- Organising, preparing agendas for, and minuting meetings with project stakeholders at all levels.
- Assisting with the preparation of project control documentation, including PEPs, Risk Registers, Programmes, and reports.
- Co-ordinating our internal teams.
- Attending project sites across our portfolio for meetings and inspections.
- Maintaining project records and complying with our Quality Assurance processes.
Experience and Skills Required:
What will you need to be considered?
Qualifications:
Degree educated, ideally in a construction or project management related field (desired not essential)
Experience of working in a busy role with deadlines
Driving licence
IT literate in MS Office (MS project desired not essential)
Experience in:
Co-ordinating and managing people and processes
Producing reports, minutes, and other written documentation
