To supervise staff and ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service
To organise and coordinate care delivery in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed to standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager/deputy manager and within the financial plans
Ensure that the care service is delivered to service users at the times and for the duration Specified in the relevant individual agreement(s) and contract standardsBe responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service
Develop effective working relationships with other employees within the service
Work in cooperation with members of the multidisciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for service users

Qualifications
- Office experience
- Full UK licence and ability to drive own car
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities

- Experience in managing appointments and schedules
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
