Are you looking for a temporary role that offers great perks and an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team? Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Delivery Driver to join their team!

Stratford (E20) | Full Time, 9am - 5pm | Some weekends will be required | £25,642 p/a | starting ASAP - January 2025

During the week of Black Friday, hours may be extended to 8am - 7pm.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Transit van to deliver goods to the client's 3 external stores located in the East London/Essex area
• Initially, deliveries will occur on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but from mid-November, daily deliveries will be required to meet increased demand
• Use a hand-held scanner to pick and pack stock in the warehouse, ensuring it is ready to be delivered the next working day
• Share driving responsibilities with the other driver to ensure a fair workload distribution

Requirements:

• A full clean driving licence is a must
• Experience driving Transit vans is desirable but not essential
• Safety boots must be worn at all times, and a provided hi-vis jacket must be worn during working hours
• Experience in warehousing and picking/packing is desirable, but full training will be provided
