Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including student enrollment, attendance records, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate communication between teachers, parents, and students.
  • Maintain and update school databases and records.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of school events and activities.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to parents and visitors.
  • Support the school leadership team with various administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
