Sales Executive - New & Used Cars
OTE: GBP £50,000.00/Yr.

Contract Type: Permanent, full-timeSalary: £50,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
Working hours: (44) between Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday 09:00 to 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00 on a rota basis

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. An opportunity that will allow you to utilise your fine-tuned Customer Service skills and provide an exceptional experience to all our customers. Previous automotive experience would be advantageous but not essential for this role, all we ask is that you're willing to get stuck in and learn the products inside and out.Full support and training will be provided, with access to Lookers sales process training from Day 1 of your journey with us. Not to mention, access to our Renault dealer portal for any Brand training required.
You will be the key point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone and in person. Attention to detail and flawless administration skills will help you succeed in closing the deal. You may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market, therefore a full UK driving licence is a must.
Responsibilities- Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale
- Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
- Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
