An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a rapidly growing independent small animal practice on the stunning North Cornwall coast!
With two closely located branches, this practice offers a dynamic and supportive environment where vets have the unique opportunity to actively shape the direction and development of the practice. Autonomy is at the heart of their approach, allowing you to make day-to-day decisions that enhance systems, processes, and client engagement, while ensuring continuity of care for both patients and clients.
At this practice, maintaining excellent client and patient care standards is paramount. They are seeking a vet with a minimum of three years' experience, strong surgical skills, and the confidence to handle sole charge responsibilities across both branches.Individual interests are actively encouraged, with support up to Certificate level and a generous CPD allowance, alongside mentoring from Cardiology and General Surgery Certificate holders.
The practice is located within walking distance to beautiful beaches which are perfect for surfing, swimming, and enjoying breath taking coastal views. The town itself has a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants and hosts exciting music and arts festivals throughout the year.

The Rota- Full-Time position
