School Administrator
Salary: CSET 10, £25,584 FTE, £14,277 prorated
Hours: 24 per week, 39 weeks per year
Working days: 8.30am-3.30pm, Monday-Thursday
Contract type: Fixed Term until 31/08/2025
About the roleYou will provide administrative support to the school and wider facilities. This could include collecting and collating data, admissions, preparing documents, reception cover and producing spreadsheets.
About you
You’ll need to be welcoming, personable, approachable and able to take initiative. You will need strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and confident in liaising with colleagues, pupils and parents/carers. Organisation is key to success in this role and you’ll have great attention to detail.
Experience of using IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Google suit and databases is imperative, SIMS experience is ideal but not essential.
