We are currently recruiting Ad Hoc Support Workers to support adults within a supported living service based in the Stoke - on - Trent area.This is a flexible, as - and - when role, ideal for individuals looking for occasional shifts to cover sickness, annual leave, or increased support needs.
The Role
As an Ad Hoc Support Worker, you will provide person - centred support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals.
Support may include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Providing emotional and practical support
- Supporting community access and activities
- Promoting well being, dignity, and choice
