Project manager required for a leading supplier of installation, refurbishment andmaintenance in the lift industry. They are looking for a projector manager to be in charge of refurbishments. The ideal individual has to be a strong communicator and problem solver. It is essiential the candidate comes from a lift engineer background of being on the tools and has progressed to management.
Project Manager Job Overview- Produce detailed project plans which would include timelines and budgets
- Work alongside clients and engineers to ensure projects are running to schedule
- This is an office-based role in Sevenoaks with visits to sites
- Provide regular progress update to management
- Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations
- This role would mainly cover refurbishments
- Ensure all refurbishments meet industry standards
- Experience is a similar role is essential
- Come from a background in the lift industry with relevant qualifications and being on the tools would be beneficial
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong I.T skills
- Proficient understanding in project management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of refurbishments
- £50,000-£55,000 salary dependant on experience
- (Mon-Fri) 8:00-17:00 working hours
- 25 days holiday plus bank holiday
