Apprentice Chef - 14674

Beeston Manor in Preston are recruiting for an Apprentice Chef. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Catering and Hospitality qualification which will take approximately 16 months to complete.

• You will be preparing food, serving on the pass during events including multi-course meal wedding breakfast service. Event sizes range from 30 to 180 guests.
• You will be required to work along side our team preparing and serving fresh food to a high standard.
• Other duties will include preparing/cooking breakfast, restaurant service and preparing/cooking buffets.

• Must be able to work independently as well in a team.
• Ability to multi-task, remain focused and calm, and have excellent verbal communication skills.
• The must be able to work day time, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• You must have transport to and from work. The bus routes and railway are not close by to Beeston Manor.

Grades: There are no educational qualifications required.

Hours: 30hrs per week. 5 days out of 7 including weekends and Bank Holidays (Earliest start 7am, latest finish 11pm).
