Role Overview: As the Nurse Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing managerial and professional leadership to our clinical teams. You will play a key role in the strategic development of the practice, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of care.

You will lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and supporting the professional development of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and support the nursing and paramedic teams to deliver high standards of patient care.
Provide professional leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the senior management team to implement the practice’s strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Oversee clinical operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize patient care services.
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.

Lead vaccination and immunization programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant nursing/health degree.
Significant post-registration experience in a clinical leadership role.
Mentor/teaching qualification and experience in clinical supervision.
Experience in managing patients with long-term and complex conditions.
Knowledge of clinical governance, local and national health policy.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing change and conflict resolution.

Desirable:

MSc or equivalent qualification.
Experience in project management and working with community development initiatives.

Knowledge of public health issues and determinants of health in the local area.

Personal Qualities:

Highly motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic.
Flexible and adaptable, with a strong team-player mentality.

Effective communicator, able to tailor communication to diverse audiences.
