This hospital, with 85 beds, 5 operating theatres, and an ICU unit, provides a wide range of elective surgeries and procedures. It services primarily to private patients but also handles small NHS patient lists.This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a background and strong career interest in theatre nursing and/or Operating Department Practitioner ODP departments. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of surgical specialities, making it perfect for those looking to advance their careers in a high-end hospital. You'll be part of a supportive, well-established team within a dynamic department, providing exposure to complex procedures and career growth opportunities.Role Overview:

Work Environment: You'll be part of a friendly, well-established theatre team
Specialisation: There will be opportunities available for specialists in both scrub and / or anaesthetics.

Specialities: You'll gain experience across multiple disciplines, including but not limited to:

ENT Ear, Nose, Throat
Plastics
Gynaecology
Urology
General Surgery
Cardiac
Neurosurgery
Cosmetics
Ophthalmology

Minor & Major Orthopaedics

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 12 months UK theatre experience in either scrub or anaesthetics.

Skills:

Strong communication skills.

A flexible approach to work.

Professionalism: Ability to work efficiently in a team within a dynamic theatre environment.

Essential Qualifications:

NMC/HCPC Registration: You must hold a valid NMC Nursing and Midwifery Council or HCPC Health and Care Professions Council pin.

Scrub Experience: At least 1 year of experience within scrub is essential.
